Obviously, I drifted away from posting pages around Christmastime. It happens. Part of the problem was, and is, that Chapter 5 is chock-full of little tables giving sample search engine results for medical tourism terms. And tables are a pain (or relative pain) to move from printed page to web page.

But I’ll figure it out, soon.

    Hi Jeff. Tables can be imported quite easily in Drupal scenarios.
    Also, this software is fine for publishing books online – with or without access control. Have a look here:

      Thanks, Roland. I think what I want to do is find someone who can take the old Quark file for the book and convert it into something I can use more easily. I don’t at all have the kind of time I once had for this project (obviously.)
